Spring Recital Ticket Sales

In an effort to create an organized and professional atmosphere, all Spring Recital tickets are reserved seating. Viterbo requires each audience member, regardless of age, to have a reserved seat. No children will be allowed to sit on a parent’s lap without a “Lap Ticket”.

All of our Spring Recitals are considered family entertainment and are approximately two and a half hours in length. Read below for our Spring Recital Ticket Sales Options, Policies and Procedures.

“ONLINE R.S.V.P. - Reserved Seating for EVery Parent”

This is a parents-only, pre-sale opportunity offered ONLINE ONLY! Parents are allowed to purchase up to two (2) main floor tickets per show that their child is involved in before ticket sales officially begin. RSVP Ticket Sales begin ONLINE at 11:00 am on Friday, March 8 on a first come, first serve basis. You will receive an email from the Viterbo University Box Office by Friday, March 1 with instructions on how to set up your online account. RSVP tickets will be available for purchase online (on a first come, first serve basis) March 8 – 13, when regular ticket sales begin.

“ONLINE SALES”

Tickets for ALL SHOWS go on sale ONLINE beginning at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 13. You will receive an email from the Viterbo University Box Office by Friday, March 1 with instructions on how to set up your online account. All studio accounts (tuition, costumes, etc.) must be paid in full before any family member may purchase Spring Recital tickets. Ticket prices are as follows: $20 - Main Floor, $17 – 1st Balcony, and $15 – 2nd Balcony. Tickets are limited to 10 per patron during the first week of sales.

“IN PERSON SALES”

Tickets for ALL SHOWS will also be available for purchase by phone 608-796-3100 or in person at the Viterbo Box Office from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm beginning on Wednesday, March 13. Tickets are limited to 10 per patron during the first week of sales.

Spring Recital Volunteer Opportunities

We rely on the assistance of many dedicated volunteers to provide a high-quality performance experience for your children!  Detailed descriptions are listed in our Spring Recital Handbook. We encourage every family to become involved with our volunteer program and welcome any contribution you are willing to make.

We would like to include YOUR photos in our Spring Recital Yearbook Program Book! Submit your most loved photos from the 2018-2019 season for possible publication by emailing them to kris.mistysdance@gmail.com.  

Examples include: First Week of Classes, Oktoberfest Parade, Christmas Cookie, Social, Parent Participation Week, Community Performances, Selfies, Friends, Rehearsals, Around the Studio, Dancers with Teachers, etc!
