It’s almost here… our first Parent Observation Week of the year!  Parent Observation Week will be held Friday, December 8th - Thursday, December 14th. You are invited into the classroom to watch your dancer’s ENTIRE CLASS during this special week.

Sit back, relax and enjoy watching your child do what they LOVE! We ask that you observe quietly, silence your cell phone and that siblings are monitored and quiet during observation time. Feel free to video, take pictures or even invite grandma and grandpa! This special week is also the last week of regular classes for 2023 due to our full lineup of holiday performances the following week.

We would LOVE to have you attend one of our upcoming holiday shows even if your dancer’s class isn’t participating this year. Our Christmas Cookie Social and Performing Groups WInter Showcase are fun, family friendly and include cookies and social time after the show. Plus, all proceeds from this event benefit A Chance to Dance Foundation’s scholarship fund.

In the event of inclement weather, an email will be sent and Facebook/Instagram posts will be made by 2:00 pm if afternoon/evening classes are canceled (by 8:00 am for morning classes).

Please note that we do not necessarily follow school closings. It is possible that roads may be cleared by the time studio classes begin or that conditions worsen later in the day when school is in session but afternoon/evening travel is not advised. Any canceled classes may be made up on your own time from our regular schedule of classes. In the event there is not a make up class available, a replacement option will be offered.

If your dancer will be absent from a class, our teachers and administrative staff greatly appreciate you notifying our team via our MDU Absence Form. This form can easily be accessed at the bottom of the main page of our website or CLICK HERE to access now.

Missing a dance shoe, water bottle, or perhaps a ballet skirt?  Be sure to check out our Lost & Found.  Simply ask the front desk for their assistance, and they will direct you to it.  All items remaining in the Lost & Found on the 15th of each month will be donated.
