Tights & Shoes: To ensure that there are no discrepancies in color and style, students wear special dance tights (not nylons) and specific shoes for their performance. Spring Recital Tights are now fully stocked in our in-house boutique, Willow & Grace!

Hair & Makeup: Stage lights are very bright and can wash out features. In order to see every dancer’s sparkling eyes and smile, girls wear makeup for the Spring Recital: lipstick, blush, eye shadow, and mascara are recommended. For the boys, a little blush works well.
Uniform hairstyles are also required. Girls in our Children's Classes wear their hair in a "Classic Bun" with hair pulled straight back from the ears and no part. Girls in our Graded Level Classes wear their hair in a "Professional Bun" with hair pulled straight back from the ears and a center part. Boys encouraged to add some product to their hair as well for a sleek look.
