Join Miss Shayna for some rhythm filled FUN! Our Adult Classes are a fun way to do something for YOU, get some exercise and meet new friends in a low-pressure atmosphere. This beginner-intermediate level class is a great way for YOU to FALL in love with dance! Sign up today - Tuition is just $59.

OKTOBERFEST MAPLE LEAF PARADE

All MDU Dancers in 2nd Grade (Building Level) and up are welcome to join us to dance with MDU in the Oktoberfest Maple Leaf Parade on Saturday, September 28th.  

DETAILS: The parade starts at 10:00am! Line up time and location details will be emailed to participants signed up via this form as soon as they are available.

Choreography will be taught in all jazz based classes throughout the month of September and reviewed upon lineup on parade day. No additional rehearsals!

ATTIRE: All dancers wear Red MDU T-shirts, solid black leggings or athletic pants (shorts permitted based on weather), and comfortable sneakers. Hair in a ponytail for girls. Red MDU T-shirts are available for purchase at the front desk.

Parent Volunteers who are walking along with our group also wear Red MDU T-shirts, jeans, shorts or black pants, and comfortable shoes.

INTERSESSIONAL BREAK REMINDER

NO REGULAR CLASSES will be held and the studio will be CLOSED Tuesday, September 24th - Saturday, September 28th for our first Intersessional Break of the dance season. 

Please note that our Intersessional Break starts on Tuesday rather than Monday due to already having No Monday Classes on Labor Day! 

STUDENT LOCKERS STILL AVAILABLE

Did you know we have student lockers up at MDU? Available in both our girls’ and boys’ dressing rooms, these lockers are the perfect home away from home for all your dancer’s gear. 

For just $50 for the entire 9 ½ month season, your dancer can store their classroom attire and shoes, snacks for quick energy boosts, and safely tuck away their personal items while dancing. Click here to check out the guidelines and snag a locker today with our quick and easy request form.

ABSENCE REPORTING

If your dancer will be absent from a class, our teachers and administrative staff greatly appreciate you notifying our team via our MDU Absence Form. This form can easily be accessed at the bottom of the main page of our website or CLICK HERE to access now. 

LOST & FOUND

If you are ever missing an item, be sure to check our Studio Lost & Found as it tends to fill up quickly! All items remaining in the Lost & Found on the 15th of each month will be donated.

PRO TIP: Be sure to label all of your dancer’s belongings with their name as everyone at the studio has the same or similar gear. Dancers should take all belongings into their classroom with them rather than leaving them unattended in the lobby or dressing areas.
