This month’s special theme week, “Color Wars”, is back with a mix of some fun new colors and color combos! Mark your calendars for Monday, March 24th-Saturday, March 29th. Each day of the week has been assigned a different color to wear to class during this special week.
MONDAY = BLACK & WHITE
TUESDAY = GREEN
WEDNESDAY = ORANGE & YELLOW
THURSDAY = PINK
SATURDAY = BLUE
Which day/color will have the best participation and be the color champions this year? Get creative with layers or accessories. Please be sure that your dancer’s outfit still allows them to fully participate in class. Remember to wear a leotard underneath your colored clothing / no bare midriff.
Our Spring Parent Observation Week will be held Monday, March 17th - Saturday, March 22nd as originally published. You are invited into the classroom to watch your dancer’s ENTIRE CLASS during this special week.
You’ll get your first peek at recital choreography and see all the progress that has been made since you last visited the classroom in December. We ask that you observe quietly, silence your cell phone and that siblings are monitored and quiet during observation time. Feel free to video, take pictures throughout class. We are so looking forward to having you as our special guests!

In the event of inclement weather, an email will be sent and Facebook/Instagram posts will be made by 2:00 pm if our afternoon/evening classes are canceled (by 8:00 am for morning classes).
Please note that we do not necessarily follow school closings. It is possible that roads may be cleared by the time studio classes begin or that conditions worsen later in the day when school is in session but afternoon/evening travel is not advised. Any canceled classes may be made up on your own time from our regular schedule of classes. In the event there is not a make up class available, a replacement option will be offered.
If your dancer will be absent from a class, our teachers and administrative staff greatly appreciate you notifying our team via our MDU Absence Form. This form can easily be accessed at the bottom of the main page of our website or CLICK HERE to access now.
If you are ever missing an item, be sure to check our Studio Lost & Found as it tends to fill up quickly! All items remaining in the Lost & Found on the 15th of each month will be donated.
PRO TIP: Be sure to label all of your dancer’s belongings with their name as everyone at the studio has the same or similar gear. Dancers should take all belongings into their classroom with them or take advantage of our locker rentals rather than leaving belongings unattended in the lobby or dressing areas.
