SPRING RECITAL PROGRAM BUSINESS ADS

“COLOR WARS” THEME WEEK!

This month’s special theme week, “Color Wars”, is back with a mix of some fun new colors and color combos! Mark your calendars for Monday, March 16th-Friday, March 20th. Each day of the week has been assigned a different color to wear to class during this special week.

MONDAY = PINK

TUESDAY = GREEN

WEDNESDAY = BLUE & PURPLE

THURSDAY = RED

FRIDAY = BLACK & WHITE

The day/color that has the best participation gets bragging rights as the champions for the year! Get creative with layers or accessories. Please be sure that your dancer’s outfit still allows them to fully participate in class. A leotard underneath must still be worn under your dancer's colored clothing / no bare midriff.

PARENT OBSERVATION WEEK

Our Spring Parent Observation Week will be held Wednesday, March 25th - Tuesday, March 31st as previously published. You are invited into the classroom to watch your dancer’s ENTIRE CLASS during this special week.

You’ll get your first peek at recital choreography and see all the progress that has been made since you last visited the classroom in December. We ask that you observe quietly, silence your cell phone and that siblings are monitored and quiet during observation time. Feel free to video, take pictures throughout class. We are so looking forward to having you as our special guests!

ANNUAL ROLLOVER MEMBERSHIP REMINDER

Automatic Rollover Membership for 2026-27: To ensure your dancer's spot in our amazing program next year, the annual (per student) membership fee will be automatically charged to your account on May 1st, along with May tuition fees.

Membership fees are $55 for Children's Classes and $65 for Graded Technique. If your dancer won't be participating next season, simply click HERE by April 28th to complete a short withdrawal form. No action is required unless your child won't be joining us for the 2026-27 season.

Why Rollover?  Your commitment helps us determine how many classes to offer at each age and level, allowing us to build a schedule that provides the best possible experience for our dancers.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

In the event of inclement weather, an email will be sent and Facebook/Instagram posts will be made by 2:00 pm if afternoon/evening classes are canceled (by 8:00 am for morning classes).

Please note that we do not necessarily follow school closings. It is possible that roads may be cleared by the time studio classes begin or that conditions worsen later in the day when school is in session but afternoon/evening travel is not advised. Any canceled classes may be made up on your own time from our regular schedule of classes. In the event there is not a make up class available, a replacement option will be offered.

Report your dancer’s absence directly through your Studio Director portal!

1.  Log in to your Studio Director account

3.  Click “Save Absence.”

Important: You can only report an absence before the class starts. If you're reporting an absence after class begins, please email Miss KP at kp@mistysdance.com.
